5/17/09 - Admittedly, this one's a little tough to see.That spec on the horizon? That's a woman running along the (on-leash only) East End trail that runs above the beach, with her golden retriever trailing 10 feet behind her, leashless.
As in, there wasn't even a leash in the human's hand for backup, if needed.
Why is the perspective so bad, you ask? My (leashed) dog and I were tucked into the bushes, waiting for them to pass.
